One of the things I love most about @Notionhq is the ability to create one page to host everything you might need when you're working and when I'm helping my students prepare for their A-Levels and GCSEs I do exactly the same - I create a 'Revision Hub' which hosts all of the resources they might need while they're working, including the exam papers, mark schemes, model answers, grade boundaries and recorded solutions, where I have them. A fast start to a lesson is a strong start and Notion and Google Chrome can help. I always forget to collect in homeworks from my students which is a real pain and causes me loads of work gathering it in randomly as I bump into students around school. All of this is solved by sending myself a fully automated homework reminder email from my Outlook account, triggered by my Homeworks Database in Notion. This is all done by fairly simple Zaps in Zapier which allow Notion and Outlook to communicate and send the necessary information.
