This video covers the basic formula "structures" (with real, pragmatic examples) that you need to build great dashboards for becoming more productive, creating more leverage, and crossing off your biggest (and most audacious) goals.
The tutorial starts with basic math formulas for arithmetic and aggregation (Average, Min, Max). Next, it looks at Conditional Operators that add logic to your formulas and then IF and nested IF statements to create different outputs for your tables. (IF statements are extremely powerful for dynamic product management).
The advanced formulas look at date manipulations, which are extremely useful for re-surfacing aged or overdue tasks so that nothing falls through the cracks. The last section covers combining text and strings (using CONCAT) to personalize your pages with names, days remaining and other custom finishes.
Once you complete this tutorial, you'll have the foundation for dynamic Notion pages.
